Xiaomi has introduced its new vertical air conditioner model, Mijia Pro, which combines energy efficiency and artificial intelligence-based control systems. The product, which is available for pre-order in China, draws attention with improvements made on both the hardware and software sides.

Mijia Pro was launched as a 2025 model and was offered for sale with a price tag of 4599 yuan (approximately $640). No statement has been made as to whether the device will be available in the Turkish market.
The new model provides a maximum air flow of 1560 m³/h. The air outlet surface has been expanded by 117 percent compared to the previous generation. Together with the 115-degree throw angle, this structure can spread the air more widely and homogeneously in areas of 30 square meters. Xiaomi associates the device’s rapid cooling performance with this design innovation in particular.
The device has a new dual-cylinder compressor. It is stated that this compressor offers up to 30 percent more stable performance in low-frequency operations. Energy management and stability in long-term use are among the prominent topics.
The artificial intelligence system called Lingyun AI allows the device to automatically optimize cooling and heating cycles by performing real-time analyses. This system provides up to 40 percent energy savings. The product has China’s “Super Level 1” energy efficiency certificate.
The air conditioner has an automatic internal cleaning feature covering the evaporator and condenser sections. This system helps prevent mold and microbial contamination that may occur over time. On the software side, the device supports OTA updates. Thus, future improvements in areas such as energy efficiency and performance can be directly integrated into the device.
